FRAME 4-39. INFORMATION FRAME.
Refer to panels 4-3 and 4-4. These are samples of the front and reverse sides of the Bridge Reconnaissance
Report, DA Form 1249. On Panel 4-3, note that the heading is similar to that on the road reconnaissance report,
providing information about the mission and mission personnel. The body of the form is divided into eight columns
of Essential Bridge Information, which is required. Space is available for additional bridge information, the items of
which are added as needed. In the sample, columns have been added for military load classification, overall length,
roadway width, vertical clearance, and bypass possibilities.
