The division engineer company commander is responsible for
integrating engineers into the combined-arms team.
He must

the maneuver force staff. The division engineer company commander

to perform both missions.
As a commander, he is responsible for the company's men,
equipment, and mission. He is also responsible for training,
tactical employment, and logistical operations of the company.
