grounding equipment or raceways. Each ground conductor in the table has the capacity to safely carry
the current required to blow a fuse or trip a circuit breaker (Figure 2-7).
NOTE: Grounding is installed to protect personnel Without the proper size ground conductor or
with a broken or poorly installed ground conductor, you or someone else could become the ground
conductor.
