GEOTEXTILES
The use of geotextiles or filter fabrics is another way of dealing with subsurface drainage problems. Even though
geotextiles are not available in the Army supply system, the use of the fabrics has proven to be very helpful in
several construction projects.
The manufacturers of the textiles provide the necessary information to select and install the proper fabric to
control subsurface drainage
