Engineers use many FM radio nets on the battlefield.
Under the ERI, the supporting division engineer battalion command
net replaces the ad hoc engineer operations net when multiple
engineer units work in a brigade area.
Table 3-1 shows the
principal elements of maneuver and division engineer FM nets under
the ERI.
