FRAME 1-42. SUMMARY FRAME.
The collection plan usually includes a list of the EEI, the requesting unit, and purpose of the request. To
implement the plan, the engineer then designates the agencies responsible for obtaining each EEI, and specifies the
time and place for submission of reports. Organizing the collection effort in this way insures that all of the needed
information is obtained in time to be of value and is delivered to the element which will process it, usually the S2 or
G2.
