type of ferry. The two types of ferries are presented by letters as shown blow.
V -- vehicular ferry
P -- pedestrian ferry
NOTE: If a ferry is a vehicular type it will always be categorized as both V & P (VP). (Basically if it can transport
vehicles, then it can transport pedestrians.) However, a pedestrian type ferry cannot be considered a vehicular type
ferry.
