Refer to Panel 1-3 at the end of this lesson. This is a typical journal. As you can see, it covers a 24-hour period
and is a log of activities of concern to the S2. It contains summaries of messages, orders, reconnaissance reports,
incidents, conferences, and anything else that might contribute to the intelligence effort, in their order of occurrence.
It also notes any actions taken, and the disposition of documents.
